Feeling drained but still going back to the abuser? (trauma bonding)
If you feel drained, constantly criticized, walking on eggshells to avoid conflict, confused, exhausted, or stuck in a toxic relationship, you are not alone. Everything you feel is real. I help you understand your experience and your body’s reactions, reconnect with yourself, rebuild your confidence, and create healthy relationships and boundaries—so you can finally feel free, safe, and in control of your life again.
Remember: emotional abuse can be just as damaging as physical abuse. You deserve to feel safe. Choose yourself and protect your well-being.
Co-parenting or still living with the Narcissist?
If you are a parent who is co-parenting with — or still living with — someone who has strong narcissistic traits, it is especially important to stay active and aware. Inaction can allow manipulation to continue and false narratives to take hold. In the worst case, children can be deeply influenced and confused by this dynamic.
Did you know that children are often the most vulnerable to manipulation in narcissistic environments? They grow up within these patterns and may struggle to recognize them even in adulthood. Without awareness and support, some may even repeat these patterns later in life.
As a parent, your role is crucial. Setting boundaries, showing your children what is real, and guiding them through a world that may feel confusing or contradictory can make a lasting difference. The way you respond teaches them what is acceptable and what is not.
Not everyone is a narcissist. In fact, we all carry certain narcissistic traits to some degree. However, when these traits become extreme and develop into a personality disorder, it becomes essential to understand the underlying mechanisms—so you can protect yourself and your children.
The first step is understanding the cycle of narcissistic abuse. With my guidance, you and your children can learn to recognize manipulation, understand repetitive patterns, and respond to them in a healthier way.
You and your children also need a safe space—one where emotions can be processed and where trust in your own perception can be rebuilt.
This is something we can work on together—in sessions for you, and, if appropriate, also separately for your children.
The goal is to create a safe and stable environment for your family, strengthen your connection with your children, and protect all of you from the long-term impact of narcissistic behavior.
When you consciously show up for your children—when you support and protect them—they will feel it.
You build trust.
You build safety.
You build connection.
And this connection becomes incredibly strong—stronger than manipulation, stronger than fear.
Instead of losing your children, you create something powerful:
a foundation of trust and love that is not easily shaken.
And here is the most important part:
you are capable of doing this.
You don’t need to be perfect—you need clarity.
Once you understand the mechanisms of the abuse cycle, things begin to make sense.
You start to see patterns clearly, and step by step, you learn how to respond differently.
And that is where real change begins.

Coaching for teenagers is especially valuable during times of significant change and transition. I support young people in navigating challenges such as finishing school, making decisions about their future education, or coping with the impact of the pandemic.
Across all areas I cover in my coaching portfolio (mental health, life coaching, toxic relationships, and narcissistic abuse recovery), I also offer sessions for teenagers.
I invite all parents to book a session to support their children in navigating challenges and developing essential life skills.
I help your kids identify their obstacles, understand their emotions, and learn how to handle difficulties in a healthy and constructive way. They are encouraged to discover their own potential and develop the ability to solve problems independently.
These sessions support young people in building confidence, thinking independently, setting priorities in an overwhelming world, and gaining a deeper understanding of their needs, emotions, and goals.
Together with your child, we build autonomy and resilience by creating a safe space for self-discovery and decision-making. We also set meaningful goals and create a clear plan to achieve them.
Give your child the tools to navigate life’s challenges and reduce the risk of burnout, depression, and other mental health struggles in adulthood.
